The government might not need to go to work, but you still do

This just in: the Grand Canyon is closed. You want to see the Colorado River wind its way through 277 miles of the Arizona landscape? Well TOO BAD. In addition to ruining your vacation plans, the government shutdown has some business related impacts as well. With a large number of officials on furlough, the NLRB, EEOC, DOL and OSHA are all facing a major halt in their operations.
