Is it safe to say that employee termination is one of the most dangerous aspects of HR? (And I don’t mean that in a “I’ve sent Arnold back in time to stop you from becoming the general of the army that opposes my robotic reign” kind of way.) The liability associated with firing an employee can go through the roof as negativity and strong emotions arise. So the best thing to do is make sure your company is prepared.
