Oklahoma – Lookout corner: non-competition edition

A new bill was passed into law in Oklahoma recently that, effective November 1, 2013, will hold up the enforceability of anti-raiding provisions. In a non-employment context, I’m pretty sure anti-raiding provisions involve fences, booby traps, and perhaps a guerilla-style skirmish around the wagons. In the employment context, they’re talking about whether or not you can poach other people’s employees for your own company. (Non-employment context is much more exciting.)
