Language check: Translating benefit plan summaries, and not just into English

Hey, remember the driving force behind health care reform, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)? Well, we need to talk about it again. We all remember that one of the requirements of the PPACA is the distribution of plan summaries to enrollees. But did you know that in counties where 10% of the population speaks a non-English language, the summary must include an offer of language assistance?
