Pop quiz – define “readily achievable” (include blueprints)

Reasonable accommodation comes up often enough in this newsletter (normally when we’re reminding you not to discriminate against employees or applicants with disabilities), but we don’t often get to the grit of what workplace modifications are expected of employers. Which accommodations are considered too much for an employer? And which are considered “readily achievable”?
