Keeping employees engaged (without getting them married)

One of the many things you need to fear as an HR manager (besides Mothra, of course) is a workforce that feels stuck in their current positions – unmotivated employees can be a pretty miserable sight.

Now, just because employees feel they are at a stand still in their jobs doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be looking for new ones.  But it does mean they will be less engaged – and that’s just bad for business.
