Will unions have access to your email system to distribute union campaign materials to your employees?

NLRB Acting Attorney General Counsel Lafe Solomon says they should by arguing that “electronic forums and communications systems are indistinguishable from face-to-face conversations for the purposes of federal law.”  The NLRB is expected to issue a ruling shortly, and if they agree with Lafe, you may be sharing more than your bulletin boards with union organizers
