Can you fine your employees if they don’t want to be healthy?

An appeals court recently ruled that employers can penalize employees $20 for not participating in a health assessment as part of their employee wellness programs.  And what does this mean to you other than ticking off some of your unhealthy employees? Right, beer bash this Friday! No really, this ruling gives you some direction on how to structure your wellness programs, which can be more confusing than trying to get a cat to wear a hat.
