|In this thrilling edition of “Broaden your HR-izons,” we’d like to explore the often lacking world of helpful government websites. Sure, addresses ending in .gov are soothing in their credibility, but the content can’t always be described as “user-friendly.”
So what could we possibly want you to take a look at? The National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) newly launched website about concerted activity (surprisingly, not mosh pit related). This interactive resource is intended for union and non-union employees alike, but can also be a useful tool for employers, providing breakdowns of recent cases to serve as examples of non-compliant conduct. And it has a cool topographical map!
