What is ambitious, plentiful and will work for free?

An intern.

What can get you fired, your company fined, and maybe everybody sued?

An intern.

Just because someone wants to work for you for free doesn’t mean you can put them to work – even though it is tempting with more work to do and fewer people to do it. Especially when there are more experienced workers joining the ranks of those willing to do whatever it takes to get their foot in the door.
