You know that scene in The Parent Trap when Haley Mills realizes there are two of her? Turns out that doesn’t just happen at sleep-away camp. It happens in employment law, too. The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is OSHA’s long-lost twin sister, affecting industries such as construction, manufacturing, and engineering.
